Administration is an important organ and plays a pivotal role in providing sustained support to all other sectors. Given the complex and multi sectored working environment of our organization, it has to set a system of governance and ensure that the implementation of the agreed plan is on track with required support. It discharges the technical roles as well. The Sector has to supervise and ensure that the agreed house rules are followed while flexibilities within limits are accepted. It also has to ensure that limited government resources are judiciously used and made fairly available to the other sectors. It is also the moral responsibility of this sector to inculcate professionalism, honesty, integrity and dedication in all the staff.
