The Annual Moeloem Chhenmo of PemaGatshel Dzongkhag, presided over by Zhung Dratshang’s Venerable Tshog gi Lopen, is scheduled from 24th -28th of February 2024 at the public ground in Nganglam, PemaGatshel. The ceremony will conclude on the 29th with Wang by Ven. Tshog gi Lopen for long life, good health and wellbeing of all sentient beings.
